From the AGM
Posted on February 16th, 2012, 10:50amThe most notable event from the AGM which was held in Barrie was that the Steel City Patriots, whom had been conditionally accepted at the 2011 Fall Meeting, were not able to meet the obligations expected of them and thus, WILL NOT be a Member of the Northern Football Conference in 2012. Also, the DRAFT schedule is attached below. Please note that this does not take effect until April 1st when teams have until to get their home dates confirmed.

All Star game will not go
Posted on September 22nd, 2011, 7:39pmGord Goddard and the folks in Sudbury advise that the All Star game slated for September 24th in Sudbury has been cancelled. The reason, poor player commitment to participate. Only three of the 8 teams had players express an interest in attending. This will obviously be a topic for discussion at the Fall Meeting slated for Barrie on Saturday November 19th.
